New ideas :
This year, PAHS is engaging in a program of Learning to Learn with our 9th and 10th graders having the opportunity to use Chromebooks for school and home. I hope that in my class, we can look at tools and strategies for learning and discuss the relevance of those tools and strategies to enhance the learning process.
Latest projects :
The first week back will be used to discover our unique learning styles to better inform our learning process. We will examine our strengths and needs as learners.
Questions :
If anyone has yarn they are willing to donate to my activity group, Knitting and Crochet Club, we'd appreciate the donations very much. I'm hoping to teach the students basic stitches so that we might make beenies for babies, and lap blankets for local shut-ins or patients at Slate Belt.
